POSITIVE OUTLOOK FOR CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY EXPORT FROM CHINA

Since May 2021, China’s excavator sales have turned positive for the first time after 14 consecutive months of negative growth. The core driving forces include changes in the base number, continued efforts to stabilize growth policies, and maintaining a high export boom. Looking forward to the fourth quarter, the policy of stabilizing growth is expected to continue to exert force, supporting the steady growth of infrastructure investment.

With the continuous recovery of policies and the resolution of risk events, the decline in real estate sales and land purchase area began to gradually narrow, indicating that the demand in the real estate industry is expected to gradually stabilize, and the sales of construction machinery such as excavators and loaders will gradually improve. In the medium and long term, the process of internationalization and electrification of construction machinery in China is in the ascendant, and there is huge room for future development.
