UK TRA opens AD & CVD investigations on China’s excavators

The UK Trade Remedies Authority (TRA) has launched anti-dumping (AD) and anti-subsidy investigations into imports of certain excavators from China. The products involved are self-propelled track-laying (tracked) excavators with a 360° revolving superstructure and an operating weight of 11,000 kg or more. 

The investigation period is from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023, and the injury investigation period is from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2023.

The UK customs code for the subject products is 8429521000.
