CME: China’s total sales of excavators to be 20,000 units in Dec, down by 17% y-o-y

After research, CME estimated that the sales volume of excavators (including exports) in December 2022 will be about 20,000 units, down by 17% year on year.

Among them, sales in the domestic market are expected to be 10,500 units, a year-on-year decrease of about 32%. Sales in the export market are expected to be 9,500 units, a growth of about 10%.

Total sales in 2022 are expected to be 264,500 units, down about 23% year on year. Among them, sales in the domestic market will be 156,000 units, a year-on-year decrease of about 43%; export sales will reach 108,000 units, up by 58% year on year.
